Queens signs two all-state players as part of new recruiting class

Multiple players with all-state accolades will join Queens in the program’s second season.

Off the Block announces 2018 All-Independent Team

A nationwide voting committee selected eight college men’s volleyball players to the Off the Block All-Independent Team that was unveiled Wednesday.

The All-Independent Team recognizes the best players during the regular season from NCAA Division I-II men’s volleyball teams that are competing without a conference affiliation. Queens outside Esquivel named Independent Teams Player of Week

Outside attacker Gregory Esquivel made the most of his first significant playing time in almost a month and has earned a college men’s volleyball award.

Video: North Greenville avoids upset, beats Queens in five games

All-conference middle attacker Matt McManaway delivered for North Greenvllle at the most critical times to avoid a road upset.

Video: Freshman leads Queens to first sweep in program history

Back from an injury, outside attacker Nic Cavallaro wasted no time having a big offensive performance.

Cavallaro in his first start after missing a month of the season because of a concussion finished with 10 kills on a .667 attack percentage as Queens swept Bluefield College 25-18, 25-19, 25-11 on Thursday in Charlotte, North Carolina.
