NJIT athletics director selected as new NCAA men’s volleyball committee chair

The athletics director who guided NJIT to NCAA Division I membership is now set to also be the head of the NCAA men’s volleyball committee.

NJIT opposite puts up big offensive performance at European Championship

The top offensive player during the third round of the CEV U20 European Championship will not advance to the finals.

NJIT opposite Alvaro Gimeno led all players with a tournament-high 24 kills as Spain surrendered a two-game lead and lost to Poland in five games on Sunday in a de facto play-in match for the European Championship Finals. NJIT opposite brings Spain to brink of U20 European Championship Finals berth

NJIT opposite Alvaro Gimeno has brought Spain within one match of qualifying for the final round of the European Championship.

BYU, Fort Wayne, Hawai’i, NJIT players compete in European League

Four college men’s volleyball players are spending this summer competing in one of the most prestigious European international tournaments.

All-MPSF transfer, highly touted international recruits commit to NJIT

A former All-MPSF middle attacker and two recruits who played for Puerto Rico and Denmark in international tournaments are among the players joining NJIT.

NJIT announced earlier this week that Cal Baptist transfer Enrique de Diego Garcia along with high school seniors Roque Nido, Jens Feldhus, Derek Evans and Will Andrews have committed to play for the Highlanders in 2019. NJIT, Rutgers-Newark among schools represented in new EIVA Hall of Fame class

Two former All-Americans and a coach who led NJIT to two conference titles will be enshrined among the other greats throughout the history of the EIVA.

Hawai’i, NJIT, Ohio State student-athletes named International Player of Year finalists

A nationwide voting committee selected NJIT outside attacker Jabarry Goodridge, Ohio State outside attacker Nicolas Szerszen and Hawai’i opposite Stijn van Tilburg as finalists for the inaugural International Player of the Year.
