Alderson Broaddus stuns Coker to win IVA championship

The fourth time turned out to the be the charm Alderson Broaddus needed to pull off one of the biggest wins in its program history.

Alderson Broaddus, despite three previous losses to Coker earlier this season, rallied from a one-game deficit to beat the Cobras 18-25, 25-18, 25-20, 25-23 in the IVA Championship Tournament finals on Saturday in Hartsville, South Carolina. OTB/Springbak announce inaugural All-IVA Team

A nationwide voting committee selected six college men’s volleyball players to the inaugural Off the Block/Springbak, Inc. All-IVA Team that was unveiled Wednesday.

Four finalists unveiled for 2016 OTB/Springbak National Server of Year

A nationwide voting committee selected four finalists for the 2016 Off the Block/Springback, Inc. National Server of the Year.

Off the Block announced Tuesday that Coker outside attacker Artur Cabral, CSUN outside attacker Dimitar Kalchev, UCLA setter Micah Ma’a and UC Irvine opposite Michael Saeta were named finalists for the national award.
