Max Holt, United States (Penn State) – Holt had back-to-back aces in the decisive fifth game and added nine kills on a .727 attack percentage as the United States defeated Germany.
Yuri Romano, Italy – Romano finished with a match-high 13 kills on a .400 attack percentage in a sweep against Egypt.
Toncek Stern, Slovenia – Stern led all players with 22 kills on a .559 attack percentage in a sweep against Serbia.
