Davis finished last season in the nation’s top 25 with a 3.54 kills per game average, including having a season-high 23 kills on a .524 attack percentage in an upset victory against Erskine in the ConfCarolinas Tournament quarterfinals.

The outside attacker from Texas during the 2023 ConfCarolinas Tournament had a combined 70 kills in three matches en route to being named the tournament’s most valuable player and helping King win the conference championship. Davis also had 14 kills against Ohio State in the NCAA Tournament opening round.

Long Island one year after winning the inaugural NEC championship ended last season in third place in the NEC. Among the starters slated to return for the Sharks next season includes All-NEC outside attacker Kale Spencer.
