What to know: The ConfCarolinas Coach of the Decade will go up against his former assistant coach in the opening round of the ConfCarolinas Tournament. Caitlin Bullock spent three seasons on the coaching staff of Ryan Booher at King and will now make her head coaching men’s volleyball postseason debut with Lees-McRae. Bullock is in her third season as the Lees-McRae women’s volleyball head coach and her first full season as the men’s volleyball head coach. Lees-McRae under Bullock last month upset Belmont Abbey, which ended the ConfCarolinas season in second place, and almost upset the ConfCarolinas regular season champion Mount Olive. King concluded its regular season with back-to-back sweeps against Lees-McRae, including holding the Bobcats to a zero attack percentage in the regular season finale on Tuesday. Outside attacker Johsua Kim enters the postseason seventh in the nation with a 4.07 kills per game average. The senior also has more than 30 kills in multiple conference matches this season.
