This is the second stint for Reilly in the EIVA. Reilly was an assistant coach with Charleston and helped the program in 2018 win a program record 16 matches.

Along with coaching the Charleston men’s volleyball team, Reilly was an assistant coach for the Charleston women’s volleyball team from 2016-18. The Golden Eagles in those three seasons were a combined 42-29 and had a second-place finish in the Mountain East Conference.

Reilly began his college coaching career after four seasons playing for Penn State-Altoona, a NCAA Division III school.

NJIT at the time the 2020 season was canceled because of the coronavirus pandemic was in fourth place in the EIVA and on pace to qualify to the EIVA Tournament for the first time in almost a decade.
