Pelegrin Vargas, Purdue Fort Wayne — Vargas finished with 17 kills on a 41.46 percent offensive efficiency as Puerto Rico beat the Dominican Republic in five games to earn the final berth to the NORCECA Olympic Qualification Tournament in January.
