Video: Hodges powers UC Irvine past Stanford in critical road match

Opposite Thomas Hodges had a match-high 18 kills on a .333 attack percentage as No. 5/5 UC Irvine defeated No. 9 Stanford 25-23, 31-29, 21-25, 25-19 on Friday in Stanford, California.

With this victory, UC Irvine remains in sole possession of fourth place in the MPSF and still can earn home court advantage for the conference tournament quarterfinals if it wins its two remaining matches.
