Off the Block will award a dozen college men’s volleyball national honors later this month as part of Awards Week presented by Springbak, Inc.
The college men’s volleyball website each season presents a variety of national player and media awards that recognizes outstanding individual performances in NCAA Division I-II men’s volleyball during the regular season.
The annual awards that Off the Block presents are the Lloy Ball Award for the nation’s top setter, the Karch Kiraly Award for the nation’s top outside attacker, the Bryan Ivie Award for the nation’s top opposite, the Ryan Millar Award for the nation’s top middle attacker, the Erik Shoji Award for the nation’s top libero, the Flyer Award for the nation’s top Division II player, the International Player of the Year, the National Blocker of the Year, the National Server of the Year, the Freshmen All-American Team, the Best Men’s Volleyball Online Coverage of the Year award, and the Regional Men’s Volleyball Reporters of the Year.
All the player awards presented by Off the Block are voted upon by a nationwide committee comprised of college men’s volleyball head coaches and media members. The winners of the media awards are determined by Off the Block following a season-long media analysis of college men’s volleyball coverage.
