None of the four remaining teams chasing a national title this year lack a history of success at the NCAA Tournament.

Check out this Throwback Thursday looking back at the some of the championship footage from the four semifinal teams in the NCAA Tournament.

2006 NCAA Tournament: UCLA vs. Penn State
UCLA culminated its 14-match winning streak to end the season with a road sweep against Penn State to win the 2006 NCAA championship. This was the 19th and final NCAA title for Hall of Fame UCLA coach Al Scates.

2011 NCAA Tournament: Ohio State vs. UC Santa Barbara
All-American setter Steven Kehoe had a match-winning block assist as Ohio State defeated UC Santa Barbara in a decisive fifth game to win the program’s first NCAA championship. Kehoe was named the NCAA Tournament’s Most Outstanding Player and guided the Buckeyes to a .329 attack percentage in the finals.

2004 NCAA Tournament: Long Beach State vs. BYU
BYU rallied from a one-game deficit and defeated Long Beach State in a fifth-game overtime to win the program’s last NCAA championship. The eight-point overtime was the longest fifth-game overtime in NCAA Tournament finals history during the rally scoring era before Lewis and Loyola had a 14-point fifth-game overtime last year.

2008 NCAA Tournament: Long Beach State vs. Pepperdine
Outside attacker Dean Bittner had 12 kills and a team-high six blocks in Long Beach State’s three-game loss to Pepperdine in the 2008 NCAA Tournament semifinals. This was the 49ers last NCAA Tournament appearance until it earned an at-large bid this season.
