There is still one more match between two top-10 nationally ranked teams before the weekend comes to a close.

No. 3 UC Santa Barbara and No. 9 Hawai’i will close out their two-match weekend series tonight with another critical early-season conference match.

What to know: No. 9 Hawai’i will attempt to pull off another upset and complete the two-match series sweep as it plays host to No. 3 UC Santa Barbara. Preseason All-American outside attacker Brook Sedore had a match-high 19 kills in the four-game series-opening victory Friday. In addition, All-American middle attacker Taylor Averill added 15 kills and a led the Rainbow Warriors with seven blocks against the Gauchos. Despite the loss to end its four-match winning streak, UC Santa Barbara had four players finish with double-digit kills. Outside attackers Jacob Delson and Kevin Donohue each finished with a team-high 16 kills. UC Santa Barbara All-American setter Jonah Seif also had a career-high 55 assists in the loss.
